Been experimenting with maté instead of coffee. Pretty profound difference... Two cups of maté and I have clean energy for hours with no spike/crash. Two cups of coffee I have pit sweat pouring out of me, with an impending afternoon energy slump.

Yesterday in Claude Code I hit the "file too large" error asking me to Esc and pick a different file. Instead I just told Claude to spawn multiple sub-agents to explore the large files with their own context windows. Worked perfectly. Would be great if this was built-in

This is the end of a funny Claude quirk. Something felt good about banging out a 3 week task in 20 minutes.
1/1: Claude is now explicitly barred from giving any time estimates or duration predictions (including for its own actions), not just during task planning. The prompt adds examples like “a few minutes,” “quick fix,” and “2-3 weeks,” and reiterates focusing on steps, not timing.

Had Claude Code build a little plugin that visualizes the work Claude Code is doing as agents working in an office, with agents doing work and passing information to each other. New subagents are hired, they acquire skills, and they turn in completed work. Fun start.
