It's a @SouvikNaha day in the library today, he has edited two new collections articles of cricket in the 21st century and cricket and modern nationhood, sure to be interesting reads

After the excitement yesterday it's @MCCOfficial vs. Hong Kong CC, who have a long history & picturesque ground, below shows a notebook of scores of rivalry between Hong Kong & Shanghai, both teams were involved in a tragic boat accident in 1892, still a very active sports club

After Italy qualifying for the T20 World Cup I searched to see what we have on them (sadly not much) but is this the earliest reference to cricket in Italy from 1828? Found in an F.S. Ashley Cooper scrapbook @TimothyAbraham
