A multifunctional accessory building (garage, workshop, studio, and pool house) opens onto the park. A sunken courtyard brings daylight into the lower level, while windows facing the pool create a playful dialogue between swimmers and spectators.

This project replaces a 1950s bungalow in a neighborhood cherished by its owners. With an inverted layout, the upper floor houses the kitchen, dining, and living areas to capture views of the park and mountains, while the bedrooms are located on the entry level.
