Unlike many other professional chess players who were massive divas behind the scenes, Danya was one of the good guys. Always courteous, kind, and funny. Asked about me when others didn’t. Some days when I felt low, he picked me up with a joke and a story. Loved him. 🕊️

Affiliate revenue programs don’t appeal to content creators anymore. Not when they’re trying to make a living. Companies that don’t recognize this are behind the times. Set a budget and do activations with creators instead. Send them goodies. Plug their channels. Be genuine.
