Not nearly , everyone does love it
Sony Pictures Classics acquired Kirk Jones’ I SWEAR with Robert Aramayo, Maxine Peake, Shirley Henderson, and Peter Mullan. The film premiered in Toronto last month and is already in theaters in the UK. Nearly everyone seems to love it.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THIS MOVIE.
I Swear. 81🍿Biopic about a guy who has Tourettes. Robert Aramayo was brilliant in the lead role & I always like Maxine Peake. Warra woman. It’s so hard being weird. Felt so much empathy with him. Feel like I’ve got mild Tourettes now. I do everything he describes. Great film.

Film 45 - I Swear. Brilliant film, made me laugh and cry equally. Robert Aramayo’s performance was so good I immediately had to check whether he has Tourette’s and whether he was Scottish. He is in fact neither. Just brilliant as was the lad who played the younger version. 10/10

The best film I have seen this year and will go down in history as a British classic over time. If Robert Aramayo doesnt win awards for his portrayal of John Davidson then there is no justice. On John himself, what a truly inspirational man ❤️ go see it!
