For a team that absolutely, positively HAD to win this game, there’s just not enough urgency. Offense toothless after 10’ and defense doomed from the start. And where TF is Totland? All around bummer to cap a season of ‘not good enough.’ Bring on 2025. #AllForCITY

And for me (biased, but still), Hartel goal should have stood. Not a foul for me, esp the way the game was called overall. And that finish was insane.

Really frustrating that our season effectively ends this way.

That VAR stoppage was absolute BS. They took away a (maybe questionable) City goal to look at a handball like 5 min earlier and very conveniently killed the massive momentum that we’d been building. Total home crowd move. And then only 6 min of stoppage? No way. #AllForCITY

#RiseForCITY this might have been the best match since the Miami game…or maybe all season. Excellent glimpse of what’s to come in 2025 (if we miss the playoffs). This team will make noise, and I LOVE IT.

I’m looking forward to @ChatCityTactics breakdown of this game because this is the first time in awhile I feel confident saying “we actually did do enough to win” and were denied said points. 2 goal swing on 2 questionable decisions. This one is tough to take.

I love Big Sam, but tonight was his chance to prove his value, and IMO he blew it. We win this game if he takes even ONE of those glorious chances. Same goes for Vassilev who should have had a hatty. Both may lose their spots during the summer transfer window. #AllForCITY

My takes on a frustrating result: 1) All IM goals scored under questionable circumstances. 🤔🤬 2) Kijima, Celio, Durkin, Parker, Totland, Nilsson were brilliant. 3) Desperately hope Alm is ok 4) Overall best game of the year, despite only 1 point #AllForCITY

Hell of a 1st half from our boys. They came to play tonite. What I saw were 2 Miami goals both preceded by clear fouls not given. Tackle from behind on the 1st and a clip in the box on the 2nd. Kijima has looked great in relief (that one giveaway notwithstanding). #AllForCITY

What's so annoying about this match is that BVB has been superior in every way (except maybe simulation) but it has the feel of the LIVRMA final a couple years ago. RMA will poach one and pull out the win despite being thoroughly outplayed. #BVBRMA
