🥳 Happy birthday to Class of ‘20 senior Justin Medina! Justin scored lots of goals for OC playing whole set.🤽🏼♂️🥅 During his HS swim career, he advanced to the Regional Championship in the 100 back, 200 IM, 200 free, & 500 free. Justin will study cyber security at UTSA. Birds Up!

Our Female Senior of the Week is Katy Van Noord.👩🏼🎓Katy was both an OC Aquatics athlete & a manager. Her favorite memory was her first high school swim meet her freshman year because she was so nervous. Katy will be studying Animal Science at Texas A&M University. 👍🏻Gig’em, Katy!

Our Male Senior of the Week is Donovan Tajbakhsh. Donovan specialized in sprints & always got relays off to a strong start. He was a member of the 400 free relay team that set a District 28-6A Meet record. Donovan will continue to serve our community working in public safety.👮

Our Male Senior of the Week is Hunter Dalton! Hunter is extremely talented in the pool, in the classroom and on the stage! His favorite memory was our first tournament of the 2020 season. Hunter will be attending the University of Texas next year. Hook ‘em!

Our Female Senior of the week is Hannah Lozano! Hannah was a master of many different events throughout her career and was always aggressive in the water! Her favorite memory was our first tournament this year. She’s going to be attending Texas Tech this Fall. Wreck ‘em!

This week’s Female Senior of the Week is Abby Budzinski! Abby was an amazing butterfly and backstroke swimmer, and an even better water polo player. Her favorite memory was becoming district champion in the 100 fly, and she’ll be at Ole Miss next fall. Hotty toddy!

This week’s male senior of the week is Christian Blough! Christian swam the 100 fly and the 200 fly and was an important member of our relay and water polo teams. His favorite memory was going to IHOP after winter break practice. Christian will be attending Texas A&M next year.

Our female senior of the week is Kasey Goodwin! Kasey swam for two years and spent one as our team manager. Her favorite memories were Friday morning kickboard wars and making some of her closest friends. Kasey is going to UNT next fall.

As we come to the end of the school year, we’d like to honor all our amazing seniors! Our male senior of the week is Ean Price! Ean was a standout backstroker and loved polo. His favorite memory was cheering for his teammates, and he’ll be attending Rose-Hullman next fall.
