so early yes!
wallet is coming
people are minting and having fun now
if you really need to receive one, make a new a noncustodial wallet for nothing but doginals
you can import that key later
but i would wait a few days
Despite over 30k doginals
@brqgoo
is insisting on making a different protocol for doge ordinals and erasing everything
Why is he doing this
He doesn't release his minter either
So today I release a minter for him

Thanks to
@apezord
we now have a fully functional Doginals Browser Wallet available on
@firefox
!
If you are not using
@firefox
like me, than you can follow this easy steps down bellow ⬇️
You can now run a sovereign rollup on Bitcoin.
Announcing the first research integration of Bitcoin as a data availability layer for sovereign rollups. 🧵
So what can you do?
You can import your keys and mnemonics from other wallets.
You can send and receive doginals.
You can see your inscription numbers.
That's it.
It's pretty basic ok.
The browser extension is already published for Firefox.
Get it here:
(Google lazy who knows when they approve, but you can install it manually on Chrome)
If you like the projects,
@apezord
accepts doginals and ordinals:
btc: 1GKa8TBGK9UkY5PrigiP5eixDeYAsmdBC4
doge: DNmrp12LfsVwy2Q2B5bvpQ1HU7zCAczYob
(and DOGE and BTC too)
yooooo ok brc-20
@redphonecrypto
this approach a little complex though to track
what if 1 sat = 1 token
and we made a protocol to multi-inscribe all sats in a utxo at once
so simple wyt?
Inspired by the elegant simplicity of
@sats_names
, I'm wondering who's going to create a "BRC-20"-like standard to allow tokens on ordinals... hypothetical example below... pleas tear into it
Excited to introduce Sats Names: The .sats namespace built entirely on Bitcoin. Our goal is to build a name ecosystem for Bitcoin, built by Bitcoiners, and developed entirely on Bitcoin. We’re just getting started but I wanted to so share our syntax and design principles:
@allbizzness
yes.
also there is real risk of sending away your ordinals by mistake due to different bug
i would not send anything until some communication
@hirowallet
what endpoints do u use to check if a utxo has inscriptions? just /tx or /block is not safe
@DOGEmonkeys
@brqgoo
sorry i was right before. it is 480 byte limit.
asking for any txids on burak protocol at 1.5kb
they have to be different protocol
@Crypto_Degan
yea the wallet is careful
it knows what are doginals and what are money
i want to make a transaction preview page before sending just so u can double check it
ONE TAKE AND HOW MANY YEARS DID IT TAKE YOU GUYS TO SQUEEZE OUT AN OUNCE OF CREATIVITY OUT? THIS IS ME DANCING ON YOUR COLLECTIVE BUSINESS GRAVE. KALI YUGA BIRTHED YOU AND AS KALI YUGA ENDS, SOON SHALL YOU TOO.
@redphonecrypto
ye for sure
your way more efficient to store
but needs new index I think?
just thinking how to not reinscribe
1 btc = 100m sats
maybe plenty?
and could have different units (1x, 10x, etc)
@Bodega_Brat
you can index inscriptions in an hour but the main ordinals explorer needs a sats index. it took my node weeks. maybe it goes faster for them.
