A huge congratulations to Joseph for completing his No Limits challenge! 10 X 10km runs ✅ 10 countries ✅ 5 days ✅ All to raise money for a Disability Sports and Youth Club programme at @altrinchamfc 👏 Everyone at AO is so proud of Joseph for his incredible achievement 💚

After running ten 10k’s in five days across Europe and raising almost £300k, it’s absolutely mega to see Jospeh cross the final finish line of his No Limits challenge. Seeing the support for him from his beloved @altrinchamfc and the love from the crowd was inspiring stuff.

Things you can do in the time it’s taking to get Oasis tickets: • Deep clean your oven • Vacuum the entire house • Make a 3 course meal in a single drawer air fryer • Put on 3 loads of washing and have them fully dried • Defrost the freezer

He's started in Amsterdam this morning and will also run through Liege, Luxembourg, Stuttgart, Bregenz, Zurich, Como, Monaco and Nice, before finishing with the Altrincham 10k on Sunday 🏃

Joseph is aiming to run ten 10ks, in 10 different countries between today and Sunday, to raise funds for Alty to hire a disability sports officer and establish a programme for children and adults with Special Needs.
