The way dogs are being picked up for sterilisation and vaccination and released without identifying dogs how can we even know if the dogs were actually vaccinated or not Any CCTV recording is available? How will they prove just by giving numbers

#SupremeCourt's order in the Delhi stray dog matter tomorrow. The 3-judge bench will decide whether to stay the directions of the 2-judge bench to remove the stray dogs in NCR to dog shelters.
