The experiences people are having with this company would suggest they are not fit to run a “public utility” in Ireland. Check out Google reviews. 1.8 stars! How they are allowed operate in this state with such a dereliction of basic contract provision is beyond me!.

Warning to anyone with elderly parents!!!!!!. Nearly six months on and this still has not been sorted by @SkyIreland - despite multiple reassurances and phone calls!. My folks last night had to use a neighbour’s landline to call an ambulance.
Advice to anybody with elderly parents. Avoid using @SkyIreland for anything related to broadband, TV or phone. They are absolutely impossible to deal with. Simply do not listen and will happily let them sit their with no landline for weeks. Useless!.
