@ESUtwt is working hard on this issue & we are in touch with our partners in 🇪🇺 and 🇺🇦. We hope the students will as soon as possible be allowed to cross the borders to continue/start their studies. We ask all universities in Europe to extend enrolment deadlines for 🇺🇦 students.

The situation in Ukraine 🇺🇦 is very worrying. Male students are currently not allowed to leave the country for their education abroad even if they have the right documents. Every student must have the right to have access and move freely for education.

Het was een eer om de Vlaamse studenten te mogen vertegenwoordigen op internationaal niveau! Bedankt @VVStudenten voor het mooie jaar en aan iedereen voor de samenwerking ☘️✨
Internationaal draait VVS mee bij @ESUtwt en tal van andere conferenties en events. Niemand zo geschikt om daar te netwerken en te lobbyen als deze @antoinebakhash ! Volgens jaar zien we hem - met enorm veel plezier - terug bij ESU als Human Rights Coordinator! (4/7)

Met onze Spontaan Karavaan trekken we naar enkele Vlaamse studentensteden om het te hebben over allerlei onderwerpen die taboe zijn onder studenten. First stop: Gent! We trokken het gesprek op gang over grensoverschrijdend gedrag. Het resultaat? Stay tuned! @VVStudenten

Next Wednesday, UNYA Gent is organizing a lecture on the Syrian War Our first speaker, @BriHerremans , will give an overview of the war and efforts to advance justice. She will be joined by @antoinebakhash , who will give a personal testimony on the matter.
