Saturday night and watched @wolfalicemusic and @sunflower_bean both bands put on a fantastic show, #wolfalice were playing #theclearing which for me is the best looking @BloodRecs releases this year with the flowers imbedded into the vinyl

Last night at the tin arts centre in Coventry, The Primitives did a hometown show, 40 years of hits, wonderful night with support from The Cords another great group, managed to pick up a signed CD as well #theprimitives #thecords

Went to see @kingbluesband and #sogood at @CastleandFalcon in Brum Friday Night, both bands really put on a great show, the weather was terrible but the beer helped #thekingblues

Went to see @whiteliesmusic at @hmvempire on Sunday to celebrate the bands 7th Album #nightlight, they looked to be having a great time together, I certainly did, a few new songs but some strong favourites to satisfy everyone #whitelies

Went to see @cloth_band and #zoegraham at #bodega on Wednesday night, both gave wonderful performances and were kind enough to sign some vinyl afterwards for me

Went to see #prolapse at the International in Leicester, brilliant gig although the problem with playing new songs is you need to memorise the lyrics first. Supported by #thepeopleassembly and the wonderful #glitchmagnet

Went to see @senserband at @CastleandFalcon on Friday night, sold out gig and no wonder, still a powerful band that got the crowd going, their new album is brilliant, they were supported by #collapsedlung #senser

Last weekend #futuredays festival in #bham had some amazing acts as per video, standout for me was @honeyglaze @mwcband_ and @ttssfu both #monoxidebrothers and PISS! The show openers tore it up

Managed to catch @thdafreak and @nojoy at @justdroppedin_ on Sunday, both did blistering sets, really enjoyed it, also managed to get my #bugland album signed

Finally got to see #Rialto and they didn't disappoint, could have listened to Louis singing all night, what a voice. They were supporting the magnificent @Sleepertweeting I've seen #Sleeper on many occasions, even more since the 2017 @StarShapedClub reunion show

Had a great time @RoughTrade Nottingham on Monday, watching @wearecoachparty perform their new album "Caramel" which sounded brilliant, good job as I had brought 5 different versions, also snuck in @BloodRecs 3D design of "Killjoy" to be signed, they guys were accommodating

4th time in as many months i've seen #gans this time at the wonderful @justdroppedin_ record store in Coventry. Lads were on top form and nice that they got a chart entry, number 25 in the physical (the only one that really counts) #newmusic

3rd time seeing #gans in the last two months, another night of madness 🤟

Gans paid and performed a free gig in their hometown, Stourbridge Town Hall, for 100 fans on their mailing list, didn't use it to try out new material, although a few off the album were dropped in, they just wanted everyone to have a great time #class #gans

Went to @RoughTradeNotts to see @panicshack performing their Number 1 album in the Rock and Official download chart and got to meet the guys for a signing afterwards #panicshack

Wonderful night at the Birmingham Town Hall, in tribute to Black Sabbath @bbcwm put on four local bands, Cherrydead, Meatdripper, Gans and Defects, met the lads from Gans on the merch stall straight after their performance, really nice guys, all bands covered one Sabbath track

"Do you remember the first time ?" Yes @welovepulp supported @blurofficial at AV leisure centre, watched them live many times after but Thursday night was possibly the best, confetti canons Twice) inflatable dancing car wash men, fireworks that's even before the tunes #Pulp

Friday's gig by @TheHollyJohnson was brilliant, Holly was performing #welcometothepleasuredome and dropped in the singles from #blast and Rage/Wildlife from Liverpool but the big surprise was the b-Side "Happy Hi" unfortunately it took out a fuse at the #SymphonyHall

Congratulations to @burytomorrow for getting into the UK top 40 album sales with "Will You Haunt Me, With The Same Patience" went to @hmvVault to watch a 45 minute set then a signing afterwards #burytomorrow

Fantastic surprise at @O2AcademyBham when @Reverend_Makers came on as the support, even though it wasn't a full band Jon still controlled the crowd, @SupergrassHQ performed the whole of "I Should Coco" plus a few hits. Watched them 30 years ago, they still have that same energy
