the 3 workflows that didn't suck save me 10+ hours per week:. - twitter shitpost agent nails my voice better than i do sometimes.- n8n builder buddy - tell claude what to build, get workflow json.- day trader bot helping earn back that liquidated position

90% of these ai tools are overhyped garbage with fancy demos that break when you try to scale. not everything needs an agent model or mcp. some things are fine with simple automation. knowledge from 2 days ago becomes irrelevant tomorrow in this space.

tried converting every api to mcp when half just needed simple automation. tiktok agent got flagged day 1. but here's what i learned:. your imagination is literally the only blocker. everything else is patience and troubleshooting bullshit.

that's $1000+ burned through APIs and tools, plus whatever the liquidation cost me. expensive geopolitical lessons. most workflows failed hard. spent $200 on "revolutionary" apis that couldn't handle basic tasks. built research agents that were confidently wrong about
