Interesting point here. Billionaire philanthropy used to revolve around climate science, but has since been replaced by e/acc and a hyper focus on AI. Tend to agree that’s a better way of allocating time, energy, and capital.

Andrew Slater was on the golf cart, next to Talley, alongside Deron Rippey Jr. and his family. Can confirm the mood on the cart seemed to be good and there was lots of smiles/laughing. Was behind them for 3 minutes. Don’t know what this means for his status, but it can’t be bad.
