here’s my FAVORITE snack of the summer and any season for that matter. very simple and well known but done a little different! + made me lose weight too… you’ll need; - ice - vinegar - salt - tajin - lemon - Tabasco and there you have a good tasting natural laxative!

⇘   ⇙ throughout the whole summer, I ate fruits. watermelon was something I ate every single second of the day. If not, I would eat mango, coconuts, melons, strawberries, and jocotes. BUT I didn’t eat them just like that.. I would add tajin, lime, and more to make it good!

I hate this so much. I hate that my parents beg me eat, I hate that I can’t eat what I see my friends eat, I hate that I always say no when I get offered something I like. I hate that I lie about buying food so my dad doesn’t nag me, I hate how things have turned out for me.

now, some hobbies that stopped me from overeating. 1. Editing; vs am anything works! 2. Art; art trades will be ur best friend. 3. Playing video games: hsr 4 me lol 4. Reading literature: very distracting 5. Coding; carrds 4 example! 6. SLEEPING IS A HOBBY IN MY EYES.

When I was in vacation, I would go swimming. ALL DAY. It burned so many calories that not even 25 bags of takis could’ve made me gain weight with how much I was swimming. I wasn’t even doing anything much, simply roaming around and floating like a sad fish in the sea ^o^

+ adding to that, sometimes I would make up excuses to not eat too much. 1. I’m nauseous or my tummy hurts. 2. I’ll heat it up later. 3. I’m full from [meal before]. 4. I want to go to sleep. all of these worked for me! she never suspected anything somehow.

often times, I would spoil myself! “but that’ll make u gain..” nuh uh if you were to restrict 24/7 your body will FORCE you to eat whenever you like it or not. so me spoiling myself with icecream or pizza once every sometime just made my body think “oh ur eating nvm idc el oh el”

I was also doing exercise. Not extreme exercise for that matter, simply exercise to burn calories! I typically only did 100-300 jumping jacks with breaks between them. If not, I’d make up some excuse to go walk with my sister to get my steps and burn some calories.

I lived in the same house as a chef (my mother) who made OILY food… It would’ve been hell to eat all of that. so what I usually did, was eat 1/3 of the food then leave the 2/3 for later on when I felt I’d need it. If not, I’d wrap it into something and then throw it out later.

this is exactly how my diet was in summer. It’s not as restricting as it is now, and I was still able to lose weight. since I wasn’t too deep into my ed, I didn’t restrict, fast, nor have a metab week. this is what I considered a “normal” calorie intake.

✧: I’ve always recommended to be in a calorie deficit, whenever it is extreme restriction or low restriction, both will work! I never eat past 700 calories, and avoid eating past 300 calories when it’s not a metabolism day.

something else that helped me was not punishing myself. I’ve always hated being punished, so why would I do it to myself? if I binged, I would just burn the calories. Neither do you or I deserve to be punished for being hungry and eating, every human does that. & it’s not bad!

I avoided snacks with lots of calories. I still ate snacks don’t get me wrong, simply not things high in calories! I replaced coke with Diet Coke, replaced chips with watermelon and chamoy, and so many other things. I got away with it due to the weather and date of the year!

something everyone should do, is not eat before 8 am or after 8 pm. in my opinion at least I believe that each time I ate after 8 pm i woke up bl0ated or had gained. So I started avoiding it, and quickly went from being stuck in 16.0 to 15.7! which helped a lot in progress.

here are 4 meals, and all of them helped me feel filled and helped me lose. last two were from I was in semi rec, ironic right? the fact that even then those meals still helped? well, I recommend any of these to people interested in wl!

I also gave myself rewards for when I lost 🏋️‍♀️. Because it made me much more motivated than if I were to not do it, when I reached 16.0 I went shopping, 15.5 bought a expensive bracelet, 15.0 got AirPods, 14.8 bought a hugeeee pasta I wanted for so long and a crepe :)

before every single (forced) meal I would chug down a bottle of water, A WHOLE ONE. It got me hydrated and made me much less hungry since I was basically full. but I would overall just drink a lot of water randomly so I’d never feel like my stomach was empty and feel hunger.

✧: we all know that cravings are fast breakers, and for the same reason I highly believe that you shouldn’t ignore your cravings. Satisfy yourself one day a week and then go back to high restriction! this is where the ‘eat whatever’ part comes into action for me at least;

+ I also highly recommend to sleep early. yes… I’m aware all of us have insomnia, so for the same reason I’d recommend melatonin gummies. if you lack rest your metabolism will be all over the place causing you to be bl0ated 24/7 and feel even worse than you’d normally feel.

↳ in order for me to be able to maintain my weight while also not starving, I’ve always made sure to eat something such as McDonald’s, crepes, or anything I craved ONCE a week. It kept my tummy happy, and I also wouldn’t gain because it was once a week :)

✧: I’ve never liked exercise because my body is naturally weak. However, cardio is something that even weak bodies can do. I’ve always tried to walk as much as possible in order to burn extra calories just from walking either from school or from anywhere else!

Now… my 3D made my metabolism extremely slow, so I had to resort to natural laxatives since I also couldn’t buy any because of my mom. This is extremely stupid but the only way I was able to poop was by chugging down spicy sauce then water 😭 awful but it always helped sm LOL

↳ not only that, but if your cravings are AWFUL bad (like mine lol) what I usually do is eat whatever then do a liquid fast the other day, it typically burns off any weight I’ve gained from that little craving chaos.

by the way, this lowkey helps but get into a 3dtw friend-group! I had one for the whole entirety of summer and they helped me so much. they always motivated me to lose in a healthy manner since I was young and were never toxic towards me, which helped me feel even more motivated.
