These are the points where such local hospitals lack, and such things make them suffer in the future. My mother has another operation scheduled in the next 2 to 3 months, but I'll have to think multiple times in the future.

Finally, after suffering from all such issues, including multiple small points that are not mentioned here, I got angry at the staff, and then some action was taken, but only for some time. I'll only say that this is not the way to treat patients, and

In spite of talking normally with little disappointment, she blamed me for shouting. When asked to connect with senior-level management staff, she went out and spoke to him but did not connect me with him. I'm still surprised at why she was afraid of talking in front of me.

13. After all such issues, I also asked staff to connect me to the senior-level admin officer, but no one took any action. 14. While discussing the bill, when I raised these points, staff (some Ms. Yadav) clearly said that these are not my concern.

10. As standard practice, they hv 2 provide an automatically adjustable bed in a pvt room, bt they provide a manualbed for 2 days. This was also checked & confirmed by staff, and they changed it after my complaint. Otherwise we would keep calling staff for bed adjustment.

8. After the operation, the patient was not allowed to eat or drink anything till 9.30-10 pm as standard procedure, and coconut water was supposed to be served, but no one appeared in spite of following up about 8 to 10 times for more than an hour. Finally it was served at 11 pm.

7. Our mobile number was also written there in the post-operation area, as staff told us that they will update once the operation is complete, but we got to know when we followed up again and again.

We were walking here and there on different floors for updates. Even after the operation, we got information after 30 minutes. Point to note that my father is 76 years old, and he was also following for an update.

6. The operation was scheduled for 2 hrs but got finished in 4.5 hours, for which we don't have any issues, as it depends on criticality. But the real issue is, till the completion of the operation, no one was updating anything about the status despite multiple follow-ups.

4. After admission in a private room, no floor staff was aware about the admission of the patient for more than 2 hours. We were waiting, but treatment/pre-operative tests were started after 3-4 hours when we asked.

At that time the sugar range was varying from 250-300. Staff is not even referring to the patient history. 2. Given estimate for the treatment was Rs. 1,67,500 and the same was shown as 1,47,500 on 13th Sept (A day after the operation), but at the time of discharge,

1. **This is the most critical issue; hence, I am writing this first.** It happened on 14th Sept. morning. Cough syrup containing high sugar was given to a high-sugar patient... The patient herself raised the concern after testing it but staff said nothing happens. #Hospital

No one is interested in proper service and understanding the problem of the patient. Looks like everyone is passing time. Point wise key issues are as below. Not including other issues as I understand that those issues may happen due to the tight schedule and workload.
