one thing i find really cool about sf: if you’re young and just put yourself out there, it’s incredibly easy to find people who are genuinely invested in your growth. “maximizing your surface area” goes so much further here than anywhere else.

watching a good PM in action is unreal. so much context switching, people asking for specs & details nonstop, but they manage to stay on top of everything and follow up on projects others might forget. never really cared for organizational tools before, but i definitely wanna.

OpenAI o3-mini is now available in ChatGPT and the API. Pro users will have unlimited access to o3-mini and Plus & Team users will have triple the rate limits (vs o1-mini). Free users can try o3-mini in ChatGPT by selecting the Reason button under the message composer.
