Hi @gracieabrams @gracieshq Ticketmaster in Germany say I can’t get a refund or exchange the tickets. As I said the seat numbers were not shown when booking and I need to sit next to my daughter. If you can help, I would really appreciate it. We saw Gracie in Bristol last weekend

Hi @gracieabrams @gracieshq I am hoping you can help. I booked 2 tickets to Gracie’s Berlin concert. When I booked them, it showed the zone but not the seats. I presumed they would be together but only found out after buying them they are not. I’m taking my daughter. Can you help

Hi @TicketmasterDE I bought tickets yesterday to Gracie Abrams. When I bought the seats, it said the zone but not the exact seats. Now the tickets are in my account, the seats are not together and I need to sit with my daughter. Please can you look at this? Ticket ID: 46678498.

Hi @TicketmasterUK @TicketmasterCS I bought tickets to Gracie Abrams in Berlin. When I bought them yesterday, there were no seat numbers on the tickets, just the zone. I presumed they would be together but the seats are not and I do not want to sit apart from my daughter.
