How do we evaluate LLM agents in complex scientific research? Check out BLADE ⚔️to learn how we balance flexibility (include open-ended tasks) and rigor (provide a good ruler for the community). Months of dedication finally come to life. This can never happen without its people.

Seeing this review is like “thank you, but now what…?”. This is why we can’t solely rely on human feedback. If you also have strong opinions on this OR if you’re curious to see the alternatives (to human reviewers), you can sign up for my study:

I will be doing cool things this summer at MSR with the fxData team. We are envisioning how to empower information workers to accomplish data-driven goals with LLMs. 📊 Excited to work with the team and my amazing mentor @sdrucker ✨.

The UX research landscape is changing and it’s fascinating to see those who are pushing forward. LLMs are meant to complement and augment the creative process. We need to move away from the notion of replacement and embrace the idea of co-creation.

Can we all just take a step back and rethink how to design around privacy concerns and informed consent before everyone rushes to make everything so "smart"?.
