This morning I filed a story Ive been thinking about for more than a year & working on for weeks. 10 mins later the ed. emailed to say the pub was shutting down, immediately. The amazing part? He offered to edit it & help repitch. The day he's laid off. anyone need an ed, lmk.

After delivering a v wordy, semi-ok set in class last night, I was slinking back to ny seat, hoping the ground would open & swallow me whole. Instead, one of my classmates lifted his hand for a high-five. Thanks, friend! I'll live to see another stage. #comedy #writing

Every month when I pay rent, I check in to ask if I'm getting the most out of L.A. If the traffic, the costs, the distance from family, are worth it. Nights like last night @LargoLosAngeles --watching smart ppl having the most fun, being smart & funny together--is part of my why.
