Tell me a bigger scam than @IRCTCofficial tatkal ticket booking, they invented a new adhaar linking criteria and guess what the website was down at 10:00 to 10:01 so couldn't book AC and the website is now down from 11:00 to 11:02 so you can't book sleeper. Scam @RailMinIndia

I am not an analyst and never tweeted anything about rotation and all but I feel like we actually don't have a rotation strategy, it's mostly we pray that every team will rotate fast and we'll get the edge clear or we will slam a compound and hope it's clear or just roam around.
