Sexual harassment, bullying, bias are way too prevalent in #obgyn - like many other specialties in the house of medicine and surgery, we have our work cut out for us. Many thanks to the authors for shining light on this phenomenon.

So what do we do? -interventions are poorly studied, did not ⬇️ sexual harassment -interventions with institutional buy-in are most effective -provide #OBGYNs with improved tools to: ✅ be better educators ✅⬇️ clinical work load ✅ model positive behavior

Other key findings: ✅ although more commonly experienced by women, harassment behaviors were also faced by men in OBGYN ✅most common perpetrators were other physicians ✅reporting of harassment was low (8.4 to 12.5%) ✅A 1/3rd did not report incidents due to fear of retaliation
