When I contacted the Air India staff at Vizag airport today morning, I was informed that they only have one vendor & he is not available at the moment. I was further told that they won't be able to deliver the luggage if the vendor stays unreachable. Is this a joke?? @airindia

My mother's checked-in luggage was left behind in Delhi yesterday. The same luggage reached Vizag airport by the next flight. We were informed by the @airindia staff that the baggage will be delivered early this morning, however, no updates have been shared till now.
