I have been waiting 5 years to adorn this beautiful green, gold and white ensemble, and carry this degree. So honoured to be graduating from this prestigious institute, and immensely grateful to my family, friends and mentors for making this journey worthwhile. @AKUGlobal

I just learnt today that 'fika' literally translates to 'a coffee break' in Swedish. Metaphorically, to me, it always meant a moment to slow down and appreciate the good things in life. It's my life motto, and it's why I take out time to stare at the sky and the moon everyday.

I think the best part is when the parents get to hold their little one for the first time after patiently waiting. It’s so heartwarming.

I think the best part about rotating in a nicu is watching babies gradually gain weight, get weaned off cpaps and nasal canulas, finally breathe in room air, and then watching them go home with their excited parents. It’s wholesome. #nicu #Pediatrics #MedTwitter
