@mcuban @toastyJ @elonmusk @pmarca @scoutible So true Mark. Most people don’t know that roughly 90% of all failed hires are due solely to soft skill mismatch… yet these traits are never measured in the traditional hiring processes. Instead we still hire based on a piece of paper and a conversation
