7/7 🤗 Writing this with @LisaneMoses, Elisabeth Irvine, Kyle Greenway, @introspection, @mlifs1 was great and I learned that we still have a long way to go before we can make well informed statements about the role of INS in real life therapeutic settings.

This is bad…overall but also for me personally with an international MSc and PhD education. How will I get a permanent position after only 3 years in German academia? I won’t 🤡.
Germany takes new steps to destroy its own higher education system. After max 3yrs of postdoc (total, not per position), it's either full prof or you're out. All built on wishful thinking that suddenly tenure track positions will appear out of nowhere. But this won't happen:.
