Only one heckler at the picket claiming to be a game dev laid off in the latest end-of-quarter hack-and-slash saying that the strike only exacerbates the problem, which pretty fundamentally misunderstands not just our struggle but his own.

I’ve been in LA almost 9 years, half of them lost to the pandemic, the recessions, contract disputes. The hard reset after 2020 and the slow climb up has been rough. And at the risk of jinxing it, feels like the momentum is gaining again.
