The new seasonal delve mobs are fun. One of them spams fucking creature spawns every six seconds, while others have a tendency to fall through the floor and free cast on me for the length of the delve. Everyone working on this game gets paid more than me.

variety is the key. variation in sentence style/length and punctuation can make a paragraph feel more interesting and like less of a task. there’s room for everything: parentheticals, em dashes, semicolons, the whole lot.
The em dash becoming a signifier of ChatGPT generated text has been a shot through the heart for people who sometimes need to shake up a comma heavy sentence and those who feel pretty sure they know when to use a semicolon but generally still steer clear of it just in case.
