I understand improvement, but did he become a 10x better scarer in 10 years? The same can be said for the hometown kid Randall Boggs out of Monstropolis. He had 8,240 total in his rookie year and eclipsed 99,000 the same year as Sullivan. Had to raise concern from shareholders.

Monsters Incorporated had a major problem in its usage of rookies. For example, James P Sullivan, a Sludge Falls native, broke the rookie record for scare totals with 8,249. In his 10th season he recorded 99,479 scare total, an all-time record. 1/2
