I rememberwhen my life was starting to come apart at the seams, so I insisted that I needed to fly to New Orleans for the launch of Bayou Magazine. I swore it was imperative that those people hear five minutes of my essay. Anyway, New Orleans is a really fun city. Invite me back.

At 34-35, I took up more intense weight training, swimming, etc and got in the best shape of my life. At 44-45 I do a series of exercises to reduce inflammation and help with injuries 😅🤣
