I urge the authorities to please take some action and also set some strict guidelines to stop such misconduct in future. @BMCBhopal @CollectorBhopal @BRTSBhopal.

Unfortunately my sister could not take any photos and we don't have the bus number, but I think, from the time and route, the bus and the conductor details can be easily tracked down.

Such misconduct and abuse not only violates the basic principles of human decency but is also a serious concerns about the safety and well-being of women passengers on public transportation. All this harassment for just ~20 rs cash?????.

Fortunately, my sister was able to get down fine but as at the time, bus had already started to move, it could have resulted in a serious injury.

The conductor also began to verbally assault her. Then Aditi decided to get down the bus but as soon as she was getting down, he crossed the line by physically pushing her. This act of physical aggression towards a passenger is utterly reprehensible and warrants immediate action.

Then she proposed to pay the fare upon reaching Lal Ghati, where our mother was waiting. Still, the conductor didn't listen and behaved rudely. Just after the Bairagarh stop, the conductor resumed his demand for cash or get down the bus, despite repeated attempts to explain.

Unfortunately, she realized that she did not have cash to pay for the ticket and asked the conductor if he could accept an online payment via GPay, but the conductor refused.

My sister, Aditi Gupta(Student of IISER Bhopal) boarded the bus(Mostly 204, TR1) at Chirayu stop to travel to Lal Ghati on March 14th, 2024, at approximately 1:00 PM.

Seeking action: Misconduct and Verbal Abuse by the bus conductor Behaved rudely, abused and forced my sister to get down the bus and even tried to push her, when she could not give him cash immediately and promised to pay the cash(20RS) at next stop. @BMCBhopal.@CollectorBhopal.
