Absolutely DESPICABLE service from @TUIUK . Aside from the filthy poolside area- @TUIUK find this a safe and acceptable situation for a 3 year old to stay in. A door with no lock, and falsely advertising an “enclosed” terrace.

Imagine @TUIUK refusing to compensate because you wouldn’t wait a further 48 hours for them to resolve a life threatening situation for a 3 year old?

Imagine @TUIUK advertising a room with an enclosed terrace that does not have an enclosed terrace, and does not lock from the inside, and finding it unreasonable when you leave with your 3 year old son because he is at risk of getting out of the room and drowning?
