from what i read, this goes further deep to being a 'controlling superpower' on advance technology. as such,
#Africa
and other developing regions ought to be intelligent in analyzing what's been offered by these two. eventhough, we may fall prey regardless.

Race to control the world has been ongoing since and before Britannia ruled the seas and other stuff. Grown rich men with a warped sense of humor and who come across as quite bored in my opinion.
