As TABLE FOR TWO was released only 10 months ago, I will not be releasing a novel this year. Likely in 2026 or 2027.

@amortowles I don't know if this story is true, but...my father was an teacher and was at the public library. A woman had 'Rules of Civility' in her hands, and my Dad said, 'That's a GREAT book!' (he was normally a harsh reviewer) and the woman said, 'Oh, that's my son-in-law!'

@amortowles Went on a Met mission the other day to find the Botticelli Annunciation you mention in Table for Two. Have been in the Lehman Gallery so many times but never saw it before. Very fun to search it out! Oh and went for a martini after!

In my novella EVE IN HOLLYWOOD, in 1938 Eve praises a coffeeshop in the shape of a coffeepot. Upon reading this, TH reached out. His father, Rex Hardy, photographed movie stars in the late 30s for LIFE, but in his spare time, he took these shots. Eve would have dined at them all!
