The video is not real! There are so many problems with this video. Look at bench shadows: lol her left eyebrow, sweater stripes on bench on her right arm, to her left only one bench back brace has a shadow that changes shape & size. And lastly, it doesnt look like her.

We don't know the full dynamic of their marriage. Sometimes appearances can be deceiving. It's possible William WAS stepping up behind closed doors, even if the optics weren't great. Jumping to conclusions about his character based on gossip was unfair.
