I can’t keep being on the hamster wheel in any situation I’m currently in. So if I’m not growing or getting better at something, it simply has to be removed.

Our reactions lie a lot in trauma not in healthy tools to navigate through life. Simply some things need to be broken to get to the good part. The healed part.

I say potential because if you don’t change it or yourself these are traits that you will continue to carry from situation to situation.

We be creating issues simply from lying to ourselves or looking for something temporary to help cope with a potential permanent circumstance.

Because that will save lives, pain and heart ache.

Do you ever say to yourself “this isn’t a good home to focus on anything but myself” ?

A lie will spread before the truth. Remember that.
