Honored to receive the Order of the Sword invitation. This will be the one thing that remains on my wall long after I take off the uniform. You, the enlisted force, are THE magic that makes the Air Force run, and I am incredibly humbled and grateful to be your wingman.
Today, Gen. Minihan was officially invited to the Order of the Sword induction ceremony! “You all work harder than me, my job is to serve you-the fact that you took the time to make this statement, I’m incredibly humbled.” This is the highest honor the enlisted force can bestow.

Beyond humbled. My father, Lt Gen Minihan, also received the Order of the Sword and now, almost 25 years after he retired, it is the only military award he still displays. I will hold it in the same regard!
