I hate getting blood test results back, especially since I have had some medical struggles this year. But got my results back from Monday today, & in 3 months, I have made progress I didn’t think possible. One of the best gifts for the holidays is better health for sure!.

Twitter friends, my local community has lost a 14 yo boy, allegedly murdered at the hands of his stepfather. Stepfather is in jail, no bond. He is survived by his sister (7) & mom (stepfather charged w/ domestic assault as well). Please pray for school community & family.
