Alternatrip was founded by core members Jam Lorenzo (The Geeks, spacedog spacecat), RJ Mabilin (spacedog spacecat, The Axel Pinpin Propaganda Machine), Megumi Acorda (The Strange Creatures, TAPPM), and Jon Tamayo (The Strange Creatures, Cinema Lumiere) in 2014.
