this will culminate in me listening to the album on its drop date!. This is one of those releases where I really feel like it came out at such an important time and was quite a cathartic experience for me in the moment. Excited to relive it to the best of my ability.

Doing an experiment! 10 years ago today one of the greatest singles ever dropped for my all time favorite album. I’m going to go through the album’s release cycle, listening to the singles as they came out ie pretending i was where i was 10 years ago!.

Can we go back to 3 singles maximum that are not openers or closers on a 40+ minute album with atleast 10 songs?. Way too many bands are spoiling the most important parts of an album early and they gotta stop that.

i dont personally mind when this happens (which honestly feels a bit rarer these days, go fig) but considering all of the possibilities i see why this could be insensitive so you’re probably right.
personally I think that if someone tells you they don’t drink, your response should never be “why not?”.
