Thanks @TalkTalk for keeping me on hold today for 1hr29min then cutting me off again. still without resolving the issue! How you can make such a hash of getting a basic broadband and TV package set up for my mother is beyond me 🤷‍♂️ .

Don’t worry @TalkTalk, you have called my mother and supposedly solved the problem. An engineer will install the TV service on 3rd May. 2 months after we joined 😂😂 Come on now 🤔😤.
