Celebrating the end of the year with pizza, ice cream, classroom awards , and so much laughter. This group (some not pictured) has grown so much this year and I’m so incredibly proud. 💙 So thankful for these kids and my team.

Fun Fact: The winner of the Indianapolis 500 drinks milk 🥛 after winning the race. This is a tradition dating back to 1936. After reading about the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum last week during social studies, we did a milk taste test. And the winner was…chocolate!

We’re so lucky to have a campus secretary who loves us so much! She gifted us a bird feeder for our window and we enjoyed putting it out today and measuring some bird seed to feed the birds. 💙

Did you know today is National Sticky Bun Day? It was also fridge & freezer Friday. students can choose what to make from what we already have in fridge or freezer. We had things to do something ‘similar’ to a sticky bun. ☺️ Some made other choices. 🍦 All of it=amazing. 💙🤍

After reading about the Super Bowl this week during social studies, students asked a few friends and staff their predictions for winners for the big game. We also did a little measurement practice to make some Super Bowl snacks! @n2yllc @prosper_special
