من أهم الاشياء اللي تعلمتها بخصوص الكربتو اني احاول ما ادمن على الاخبار الايجابية. من زمان كنت افتح تويتر ٢٤ ساعة وبس دور على اخبار ايجابية مشان يرتفع هرمون السعادة تبعي وصرت مدمن بدون ما حس. هالشي بيفصلنا عن الواقع وبيعطينا كميات من الاخبار اللي ماننا بحاجتها.
