.@AmazonHelp @amazonca @amazon zero email has come from your account specialist to address the problem. All I’ve received is an email from an account specialist saying they “sent another email”. Literally. You can’t write this.

@AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp I did this AGAIN yesterday at your direction. Was on phone with 2 agents who agreed this is completely unacceptable on Amazon’s part. Especially charging me for Prime and keeping me locked out of my accnt. Your accnt specialist has continued to do nothing to resolve.

You can’t issue me a refund because you don’t have a photo? When, actually, you do have a photo? I couldn’t finish my meal because there was a foreign item in it. Accidents happen, I am reasonable. But not taking this type of thing seriously and not issuing a refund is not ok.

I don’t have another photo. Only the one I took in app when prompted, which I uploaded with the complaint, which does not save to my camera roll. @UberEats you have that pic. I can’t go fishing through my garbage at this point? Just look at the picture I uploaded.

.@UberEats customer service failure. There was a wooden splinter in my food which I took a photo of in app when prompted as I notified Help last night. This morning (after I cleaned everything up) they are asking for another pic, when they have the original submission pic?!
