During ICU Week, we’re reminded that the best reward is hearing from a patient we’ve cared for. It takes a team of Nurses, doctors, Physios, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Ward Clerks, Pharmacist, SALT, Dietitian, Research team, Cleaners, Porters……each playing a.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming @bbcsoutheast to showcase the incredible work @MTW_TWICU does every day. This dedication has led us to become the first ICU in the UK to achieve HU-CI accreditation from @FHSanidad , recognising our commitment to humanising intensive care.
Today we welcomed @bbcsoutheast to the Intensive Care Unit at Tunbridge Wells Hospital (@MTW_TWICU) to meet staff and patients. The team talked about the person-centred care that has led to them being the first in the UK to receive HU-CI accreditation.
