this is purely for kids that were gonna get processed out because of the roster limits imposed by the house settlement. your current school has to basically put you on a list saying you don't have a spot here, get outta here. no tampering going on here.

every time a new artist enters the playlist I read their bio on spotify and click at least one of their linked socials. this is time consuming I will admit but sometimes I get to learn cool shit about the musicians I like so it's pretty worth it.

this is why I put every song I like onto one playlist (4,030 songs and counting) and then start listening to an artist from the playlist's entire discography when I need to change things up. I am algorithm proof.
We're rapidly approaching the point where people who primarily interface with music via algorithmically generated playlists are going to end up only listening to AI generated music.
