Pap!
For the next few weeks we will be publishing guest recipes for summer! First up is @AlexJackson1985 with pappa al pomodoro, a summer dish of the highest order: tomatoes with garlic and basil, peppery olive oil and bread cooked to a savoury wobbly custard. https://t.co/uTa8Lf56mU

This @alexjackson1985 recipe for chicken with morels & vin jaune is definitely luxurious enough to have been a #vday recipe but would you have wanted to spend the whole evening cooking? Make it this weekend instead https://t.co/s9JfHFN651

Had a dream that @thomeagle invited me to cook a pop up in Margate with him but after I got there he went out for a walk and I had to cook it on my own. But one of the recipes he left was hare cooked in vin de noix! And I think my subconscious might be on to a winner
