It's slippery slope, Jon. Aggression can be creative but there are attitudes that should be left behind. I slap myself on my face when I catch my anger spitting adhominem its the kind of behaviour that harms connection. Kudos on the transparency intuitives, your methods - 🤨😔👽.
Folks on Cardano can not be afraid to speak truth to power. I for one refuse to walk around on eggshells trying not to upset anyone that I might need to vote for something I support in the future. I am not invested full time here to recreate a global bureaucracy.

I'm really pleased to have brought this budget process to a close. When I stepped into the role of interim Executive Director at Intersect, I gave myself two immediate goals at a time when we needed to make quick and decisive moves to get back on track. 1. Complete the budget.
