This is one of the greatest things I've ever read.

So this was my big goal since returning to the gym in February. Ten reps of 100kg barbell back squats. As I said, I'm 44 and I have mild scoliosis. I have a herniated disc too, just as a bonus. My next goal is 1.5x my bodyweight (75kg x 1.5 = 112.5kg)
